I started curling 8lbs. dumbells in my room in 8th grade because I kept losing to my friend Dante in arm wrestling matches at the lunch table. After beginning football in high school I really started to research the muscular anatomy and how I should train.
I read article after article which may have been a bit detrimental because I wanted to try EVERYTHING while I was in the gym; high reps low reps this exercise that exercise, it became too much. Then I went on a supplement craze and began ingesting as much protein as I could drink in one sitting which also may have been a bad thing. After that I gave up on supplements for over a year and I have just recently began to use them again because I am now a lot more educated and know my body much better.
Upon entering college I am focused on a goal I have set for myself; To get sponsored or appear in a fitness magazine within the next three years. I am working out intensely and am taking all opportunities I can to achieve my goal. I ceased all extra cirriculars including track and field because those workouts impeded my progress to build my body. I am now completely focused in my studies and my body's appearance, sculpting it into the best Marquis that it can be.
